Site Pro LLC started in 2006. Susan and Ray decided to buy a dump truck to help get the company started. Susan learned how to drive truck, received her commercial drivers license and quit her career in the insurance industry. In 2007 Ray studied for and achieved his residential general contractors license. Many years would follow working with family, friends, contractors and property owners, we grew as a company hiring employees to help with labor, trucking and running the jobs. In 2022, we pursued our commercial general contractor license and this allowed us to work on larger commercial projects. Always wanting more for our employees, business and customers we continued to pursue other licenses and certifications. Washington CCB License, MDI, DEQ, plumbing business license, and certificate of fitness to name a few. As a company we are looking for ways to improve our ability to serve our customers and strengthen our relationships. Providing a more comprehensive service so our customers are dealing with less contractors. We sub-contract with many contractors like asphalt paving, concrete contractors, builders and many other trades. This allows us to provide a better product and peace of mind for our customers.

Susan is still driving truck today. She manages the books, invoicing, payroll, and occasionally helping directly on the job sites with labor, it’s something she loves to do, allowing her to get on site and spending time with the crews.

Ray manages jobs, estimates, deals in customer relationships, and also enjoys assisting on job sites with operating equipment and laboring when time allows.

Tim Moran is our site foreman who also shares in our company way of life. He has great experience working in excavation and site development. He is very trusted in doing right by the company and our customers.

Hunter Watkins is a long time employee who shares the passion and commitment to our way of life. He is dependable, great with customers and always has a positive attitude.
